Meet Pastor Joe
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…”

Pastor Joe’s story is not about personal achievement, but about the redeeming power of Jesus Christ. Every chapter of his life and ministry stands as a testimony to God’s grace, faithfulness, and sovereignty. His heart is that any recognition, platform, or opportunity would point clearly and solely to the glory of God.
Since 2023, Pastor Joe has served as Lead Pastor of Destination Church, where he continues more than a decade of pastoral ministry marked by strong biblical teaching and a deep commitment to sound doctrine. His leadership reflects a passion for discipleship, strengthening Christian families, and equipping believers to live boldly for Christ in today’s culture. He and his wife Sarah share a calling to build up the local church and see lives transformed by the Gospel. Together with their three children, they are devoted to walking alongside families and helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
In recent years, the Lord has opened significant doors for Pastor Joe beyond the local church. He was part of a historic delegation of 1,000 U.S. Christian pastors and influencers partnering with the Friends of Zion Heritage Center in Jerusalem—the largest group of American Christian leaders to visit Israel since its founding. He also partners stateside with We Stand Together, advocating for Israel and strengthening Christian support rooted in biblical conviction. Pastor Joe was selected to share his personal testimony with De La Fe, further expanding the reach of what God has done in his life. An upcoming podcast will continue that mission, creating space to share biblical truth, personal testimony, and conversations that encourage believers to stand firm in their faith.
Alongside Pastor Joe, Sarah leads and founded Hey Beautiful Ministries, a women’s ministry dedicated to reminding women of their identity and worth in Christ. Her ministry focuses on encouragement, discipleship, and cultivating confidence rooted in biblical truth. Together, Joe and Sarah carry a unified vision: to see individuals and families anchored in Scripture, strengthened in faith, and empowered to live out their calling for the glory of God alone.
